Layla Destiny from Leiji Matsumoto's The Galaxy Railways.

I think that Matsumoto draws the most beautiful girls. Ever.

She is the supreme commander of those who operate the Galaxy Railways. She can see glimpses into the future. There is a counterpart, Schula, who has no physical form, but Layla and her are basically two parts of the same being.

Her fingers are originally very long and slender, but they look very wrong when I tried to do it. I did not have the tools at the time to give her the correct blue for her hair.

I used a mechanical pencil and some gel pens.

I would also just like to add that I really love when Matsumoto gives his girls those heart shaped openings on their clothes.
